Daft Taft
I just had a great conversation with ex-President William Howard Taft...and might I say what poise he had for such a large middle....yeah... anyways. He told me all about his days as president and his Progressive ways. How he filed twice as many anti-trust suits as Roosevelt, (they obviously had a competition going or something) expanded his public land conservation programs, and called for the 16th amendment that permitted an income tax. He accomplished a lot though failed miserably at publicizing these accomplishments which in turn lost him the presidency in the next term. Sad day :( he was a nice guy even after Roosevelt calling him a "fathead."
